What is Woven Gabion?

A common system uses 80x100mm double-twist mesh, approximately 2.7mm mesh wire, heavier selvedge wire and modular baskets with internal diaphragms.

A woven gabion is a flexible double-twist wire-mesh container. Unlike welded gabion, it can tolerate local deformation, making it suitable for riverbanks, revetments and ground that may settle.
