Industrial Filter Mesh
Stainless steel wire mesh must be specified with material grade, mesh count, wire diameter and aperture. Mesh count alone is not enough because different wire diameters produce different openings and flow rates.
Select the mesh by process function—protection, screening or filtration—then confirm grade, aperture, weave, tolerance and finished format.
Stainless steel mesh is selected by alloy, weave construction, mesh count, aperture, wire diameter, edge condition and the buyer’s process duty.
For quotation comparison: The same mesh designation can use different wire and aperture; compare actual opening, grade, tolerance and supplied format.

Confirm in the RFQ: Alloy, weave, mesh count or aperture, wire diameter, width/length, edge, cleanliness, tolerance, inspection method and packing.
Define in the quotation which dimensions, structure, finish and packing must be checked, together with the dated records you require before release.
Packing and RFQ
Fine mesh is protected with paper, film and rigid tubes or cases to reduce creasing and edge damage.
