Quarry Screen Mesh
Vibrating screen mesh is selected by aperture, wire diameter, panel size, crimp type, edge hook and wet or dry screening conditions. The screen deck and tensioning method must be confirmed before production.
Aperture, wire, crimp and edge must fit the machine, processed material and wet or dry duty.
Vibrating screen mesh is selected for particle sizing by the processed material, opening, wire, crimp, deck support and tensioning arrangement.
For quotation comparison: Do not select by nominal aperture alone; wire, crimp, hook, tension and duty conditions change performance.
Specifications
A comparable screen quotation must match material, aperture, wire, crimp, panel dimensions, hook geometry, tension direction, support spacing and service duty.

Confirm in the RFQ: Aperture, wire, material/grade, crimp style, panel dimensions, hook type/direction, support spacing, tensioning, tolerance and wear requirement.
Define in the quotation which dimensions, structure, finish and packing must be checked, together with the dated records you require before release.
Packing and RFQ
Panels are kept flat or rolled only when suitable, with hooked edges and screen surfaces protected from deformation.
